  • Is CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD**** a hotel?

NO – Classified as a “4-star tourist accommodation” by an approved establishment, CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD**** is not a hotel. Designed like a village, with private spaces offering tranquility and serenity, it provides nine fully equipped apartments for transient guests (Article D. 324-1 of the Tourism Code). Tourist accommodations are distinguished from other types of lodging as they are reserved for the exclusive use of the guest and generally do not have a reception area or entrance hall, nor shared services and amenities. CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD**** only offers a reception to facilitate arrival, payment, and a communal pool.

  • When can I check-in?
    The apartments are only available from 4pm.
  • What are the opening hours of the reception?
    The reception is open from  3:30pm to 8pm, BUT check-in is available only from 4pm.
  • Baggages
    The reception desk has a secure, locked room where luggage can be stored until check-in. This room is only accessible during reception opening hours, starting from 3:30pm. CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage.
  • Swimming pool, golf course and restaurant:
    Accessible to customers from 12pm.
  • What if I arrive after 8pm?
    The reception desk closes at 8:00 PM, but night teams are on-site 6 days a week. If the night teams are not present, your key will be placed in a key box located in front of the reception entrance. This box opens with a code, which will be sent to you via SMS.
  • What time should I leave the apartment?
    The nightly rental must cease strictly at 10am, regardless of the customer’s arrival time. Any failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional hourly charge to the customer. (No late check-out is possible).
  • What do I need to do before checking-out?
    Before leaving, the customer undertakes to leave the apartment clean and to empty the trash into the designated external containers. A cleaning, repair, or replacement fee may be charged if necessary on the day of departure. Any lost or damaged items during the stay must be reported to the reception and may be subject to a charge.
  • How can I do my check-out if the reception is closed?
    Before 10am, you drop the key in the black mailbox located outside, to the right of the reception’s door.
  • Can I still enjoy the swimming-pool after my check-out?
    The pool remains accessible until 12pm for guests who have checked out at 10am. However, after 10:00 AM, the apartment is no longer available for changing or showering. The golf locker rooms, equipped with showers, remain open to CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD guests.
  • Is the apartment furnished?
    Kitchen area: fully-equipped  kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine with caps, kettle, dishes, oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave…). Baby chair available upon request.
    Laundry/Bathroom: sheets, towels, hair dryer, washing machine/dryer.
    Leisure: TV, Wi-fi, reversible air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
  • Do I need to do the housework?
    The guests must leave the apartment in good condition: the basic cleaning has to be done if needed (dishes, garbages, sweeping).
  • Do I need to book an extra bedroom if I have a baby?
    Children under 2 years old can sleep in their parents’ room. In this case, the use of a baby cot is charged at 12€ per night. The maximum number of baby cots per room is limited to 1. High chairs are available upon request.
  • Do I need to book an extra bedroom if I have a child?
    Children over 2 years old can’t sleep in their parents’ room. In this case, the use of an adult rollaway bed is charged at 20€ per night. The maximum number of adult rollaway beds per room is limited to 1.
  • Is there a restaurant at LE CLOS des OLIVIERS****?
    Yes, the restaurant LA TABLE des OLIVIERS**** is located on-site, 2 minutes walk from the apartments. It offers breakfast until 10:30am at €15, (€8 for children), lunch (noon-3pm), bar/snacking. Every Sundays, LA TABLE des OLIVIERS has brunches.

  • Is the restaurant open at night?
    From November to May, the restaurant LA TABLE des OLIVIERS is open only on the first Friday of the month for themed evenings by reservation.
    From June to September, the restaurant offers tapas aperitifs from 5:00 PM and barbecue from Wednesday to Friday, inclusive, until 11:00 PM. On all other evenings of the week, the restaurant is closed and does not offer dinners. However, the apartments are equipped for cooking, and the reception team at CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD is available to recommend nearby restaurants or takeout services.
  • Does CLOS des OLIVIERS**** have Wi-Fi?
    Yes, CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD does have Wi-Fi. To connect: go to the Wi-Fi on your smartphone or computer, and search for available networks. Choose ‘Le Clos des Oliviers.’ There is no password.
  • Do I have any benefits as a guest of CLOS des OLIVIERS****?
    As a guest, and upon presentation of the apartment card, you enjoy the following benefits during your stay:
    – Discounts at GOLF UP (8€ 5€ for a bucket of balls at the driving range).
    – Optional unlimited golf package at 40€ per person (access to the course, unlimited buckets of balls, and clubs included).
  • Does Le CLOS des OLIVIERS**** have a private parking lot?
    Yes, CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD indeed has an outdoor parking area, under video surveillance, exclusively reserved for its clientele. It is located within the estate. Any parking outside of this dedicated area on the estate is strictly prohibited, and GOLF UP and Clos des Oliviers Grimaud decline any responsibility in case of issues or potential damages caused to vehicles.
  • Does Le CLOS des OLIVIERS**** have a baggage carrier?
    No. Le CLOS is not an hotel but labelled as a “tourist residence”.
  • Are the pets allowed at LE CLOS des OLIVIERS**** ?
    Pets are allowed under certain conditions: owners must inform CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD of their future presence during the reservation and specify their type (e.g., dog breed). After approval from CLOS des OLIVIERS GRIMAUD, pets are allowed with a supplement of 12€ per night. No noise disturbance, including barking, will be tolerated in the tourist residence, and any potential damage will be the responsibility of the pet owner. Guide dogs for the visually impaired are admitted free of charge.

When I pay via internet, what is including in the price?
The price includes the nights in the apartment.
Regarding the French law, the price does not include the tourist tax: this one is €3,31/night in the town of Grimaud (2024) and should be paid when arriving at Le CLOS des OLIVIERS****.

  • Studio: from €82 to €160/night depending of the season.
  • F2 (1 bedroom) : from €165 to €342/night depending of the season.
  • F3 (2 bedrooms) : from €248 à €520/night depending of the season.
  • F4 (3 bedrooms) :  from €309 à €645/night depending of the season.
